The Final Solution Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 750 words

The final examination resolvent - Essay ExampleThe derivation of The Final closure can be witnessed in the period between 1939 and 1941. The fruition of this genocide was based on the religious disparity existing between the Jews and the Christians. In the 1939s the Christian leaders witnessed a failure in demonstrating Jesus as Messiah before the fellow Jews which indeed fuelled up the adversarial correlation among the two religious groups (Browning, C. R., The Origins of the Final solution The Evolution of Nazi Jewish Policy, September 1939-March 1942). However, the antagonism among these religious groups was witnessed long before the plan was factually determined, i.e. in the 1919 in which Adolf Hitler played a grave function. It is worth mentioning that he was the most evident personality who grounded the need to destroy the Jews from the country with his Jewish Question (McFee, When did Hitler Decide on the Final Solution?). As he stated in 1919s in his letters, Jews were a race and not a religion and that it was quite important for the europiuman government to eliminate this race in order to attain national strength (Kershaw, Hitlers Role in the Final Solution). The ultimate execution of The Final Solution was planned in the Wannsee Conference in the early 1942. Reinhard Heydrich, who was recognized to be the second in charge of the RF-SS of Himmler, coordinated around 15 Nazi bureaucrats be to the top level of the Nazi society in the conference which was held in Berlin. These Nazi leaders were affirmed to execute the plan to abolish a targeted publication of 11 million Jews from Europe, which shall be instigated from Germany (Zapotoczny, The Final Solution). Although the plan was instigated from Germany in 1942, it was extended to the added parts of Europe including Poland, Greece, Hungary, France and others. The plan came to an end in the year 1944. With the rapidly increasing number of deaths of Jewish people a rescue mission was set in Budap est titled as Jewish Rescue Committee. The committee proposed to settle a contract with the European government which stated that in return of large quantities of tea, coffee, sugar, war materials and other goods, the government would spare the lives of the rest 800,000 Jews left hand in Europe (Breitman and Aronson, The End of the Final Solution? Nazi Plans to Ransom Jews in 1944). By the year of the winding up of the plan in 1944, intimately 5,933,900 Jews were annihilated by the Nazi leaders amounting to 67% of the total Jew population (The American-Israeli Cooperative Enterprise, Estimated Number of Jews Killed in The Final Solution). Undoubtedly, the entire act created a long lasting and profound impact not only on the social aspects of human lives, but also in the political, economical and military dimensions. In the 20th century, the rise of Nazi leaders to sovereignty in the European continent headed towards the state-enforced racial discriminations. As a consequence, the economic environment of Germany, Poland and other nations of Europe had to witness terrific fluctuations. Joseph Stalin Research Paper Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 2750 words

Joseph Stalin - Research Paper ExampleFor instance, according to statistical estimates provided by Haynes and Husan in their book A Century of State Murder? Death and Policy in Twentieth-Century Russia, if the 1920s mortality rates are to be extrapolated to the thirty-something, one has to reach a finis that there were about 8.5 million excessive deaths for 1928-1936, and additional 1.5 million for the second part of the decade of the 1930s, making total number of casualties of Stalinism in the 1930s close to 10 million people (Haynes and Husan 65). If one compares the population predictions for the year of 1937 compiled by Soviet Gosplan in the late 1920s (about 181 million people) with the 1937 censuss actual results (i.e. 168.5 million people, further reduced to 167 million by the new 1939 census), it is clear that Soviet population fell by considerable number in the 1930s, as even Stalins government was forced to concede (Haynes and Husan 64). This tremendous number of excessiv e unnatural deaths should be further extended by taking into account the number of deaths of Soviet soldiers and citizens in the course of WW II, which, while non entirely caused by Stalins military ineptness, were significantly increased by it. In addition, the death rate in Soviet forced labor camps rose to its highest level in the 1940s, with 1.01 million of dead prisoners in 1941-1945 (Haynes and Husan 83). Finall(a)y, the 1940s deportations of national groups deemed not loyal to the Soviet regime cost their own share of deaths almost 300-400.000 are likely to have perished, as the data provided by Pohl testify (2). The nature of such fancy for Stalin on the part of Russian authorities is understandable, as the Russian government, while pursuing harsh neo-liberal economic policies, widely employs appeals to Soviet nostalgia in its symbolism and foreign policies. At the same time, a characteristically different kind of popular Stalinism exists among the wide strata of Russian society. Exemplified by the policies of red-brown Communist Party of Russian Federation, which for all purposes dropped its former Marxist tenets in favor of more open Russian imperial patriotism and of other, smaller but ideologically similar parties and groupings, this type of Stalinist feelings mix nostalgia for the orderly society unaffected by market turbulence with strong cultural conservatism and xenophobia. What Is The Most Important Virtue For Human Fulfillment - Essay ExampleIn the same regard, it is interesting to note the work of four big(p) thinkers of their respective times, namely Descartes, Spinoza, Emerson and Tolstoy, a brief discourse of which is presented hitherunder. The stance of Rene Descartes on the said issue elicit be summarized as, I think, therefore I am (Descartes, 1641). Now a very popular statement, this means much more than the literal meaning. This can be taken as the essence of the entire philosophical system of Descartes, wherein he began to understand himself by virtue of his thought processes. On the same lines, his thoughts can be extrapolated upon mankind as a whole. The fact of the matter lies in the fact, that man cannot achieve fulfillment if he does not think this, even as a proposition is considered to be impossible according to the stance of Descartes. By virtue of undertaking things, dealing with them, and ultimately being deceived by them, it beco mes all the more evident to man that there is a reality that exists. This reality can be identified with, and the highest virtue can subsequently be attained by means of thinking. Contemplation gives insight, and ultimately self- actualization. There can be no better strength than realizing anes true potential of existence.Ethics by SpinozaSpinozas views advocate, All our endeavors or desires so follow from the necessity of our nature (Spinoza, 1677). This concept presumptuousness by him refers to the identification of the power that the human being yields and associates from within himself. Whatever one might seek or ask, it is basically a product of how one identifies with the concept of self. The most significant virtue here becomes knowing about oneself. A person, who realizes himself, is truly the most potent of all. Desires, passions and restraints of the material world, can only be understood with reference to the person. Therefore, if and when a person appreciates his own personal standing and inception, it subsequently becomes the greatest source of endowment and fulfillment for the person.Self-Reliance by Ralph Waldo Emerson Ralph Emerson here postulates, Insist on yourself never imitate (Emerson, 1841). This again is a propagation of the belief that an individual should at all times try to be what he/she is, and not impose a figure, picture of personality which is not a true depiction of the same. If one has the tendency to falsify ones self-image, thusly true actualization of self can never be there. To be able to appreciate and attain the highest order of fulfillment, the greatest virtue here would be to not even up heed to social and extraneous challenges, and keep representing ones own personality as it is. If in the face of conflict, one tends to shy away from the true sense of being, then it can never really come out. Under normal circumstances, it is always simple to portray oneself however, the true test of character is when there is anta gonism, and notwithstanding yet a person can attain virtue by means of beings what he truly is.The Death of Ivan Ilych by Leo TolstoyLeo Tolstoy deliberates upon the topic in the following way, In place of death there was light (1886). Though this may seem ironically contrary to the actual concept of life itself, yet this line answers probably the greatest mystery of life - death. So is the virtue of human fulfillment embedded in death Not exactly it is in understanding the concept of death. It refers to establishing a belief that this entire struggle in life is death itself, and the absolute moment of death, is just the termination of this struggle. The ultimate progress in life

Scienece Column - Article ExampleThis is all about thermodynamics. In essence, thermodynamics involves the examination of the internal motions of various body mechanisms or rather its a sub scope of natural science that involves oestrus and its relationship to various forms of energy and work. Therefore, heat becomes an integral and essential component of thermodynamics. Virtually, most of the significations that people encounter with in their twenty-four hours to day life consist of body systems of one kind or the other, that is, they either fall under solids, liquids, gases or even light. It is therefore, unsurprising that thermodynamics is a field in physics that comprises exceptional wide variety of applicability. There are numerous thermodynamic experiments used to demonstrate the movement of energy from one substance to another as a result of varying of temperature. This column shall mull two of the four forms of thermodynamic experiments discussed in the past few weeks. On e of the study experiment that this column shall detail on is the meaning of heat and this shall be illustrated using the calorimeter experiment. The second form of thermodynamic experiment to be studied is the statistical physics lab and this will be based on the concept of thermal energy of randomly moving molecules with heat used as the rule of transfer. Meaning of heat Heat is defined as a form of energy, sometimes referred as thermal energy capable of passing through an target area of high temperature to an object with low temperature. The flow of heat is essentially measured using a device known as calorimeter. This device operates in much(prenominal) a way that it is insulated to minimize the loss of heat to the surrounding. Within some essential temperature variance, it is easy to understand the hotness or coldness of something by alone touching it. However, it is unreliable if you place one of your hands in cold wet, and the other into hot water, then you plunge both i nto warm water. You will celebrate the difference, one hand will detect that the water is hot, while the other will experience some cold. In other aspects, when something is too hot to birth or even touch, we usually get an impression of how hot the substance is by approaching it and detecting the radiant heat it emits. if there is an increase in temperature, the substance glows hot. The major problem with such subjective feelings of heat is that, they are different for various persons. If two hands transmit different messages pertaining the hotness or coldness of a substance, how about a group of people? Obviously, they will report varied responses. In illustrating the flow of heat, an experiment was set up, whereby a travel of water was placed on a hot glowing fire and the temperature observed over time. It was noted that, their was steady increase in time, reflecting the transfer of heat from the fire, up to the moment the water started boiling, whereby the temperature remaine d constant for a long period. The steam emitted had same temperatures as the boiling water. So, what actually happened to the heat transferred from the fire to the pan of water? It was found out that, heat was needed to change the form of water from the liquid to the gaseous form/steam. In-fact, a high amount of heat is needful to change the state of water to steam form, approximately 540 calories per gram. This is far much

Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus Essay Example for Free

Men ar from Mars and Wowork force are from Venus searchAccording to john colourize, hands and women effectedly differ in their style of communication which corroborates the illusion that they are from different planets. However, their communications style differs and they work and be trained to become accustomed to these communication perspectives to live and work together in harmony. Women are more emotional than men and whence men utilize to mock the girls irrelevancy talks. Actually women are termed as a weaker sex as they always want men to respect to their sense of smellings more particularly close to relationships, other personal problems and ab out(a) family matters. In such matters, women expect that men will respect their feelings by extending emotional support and misgiving. Relationships end in harmful disaster when each other does non understand each feelings and emotions. When the relationship ends in serious disaster, the women pass to understand that man is completely diverse from everything and she has non accustomed to and tried to adapt to the differences in her relationship. Communication amid men and women are so diverse that it takes many years for a complete understanding in a relationship.Even insignificant resemblance in communication style that binds a couple together while one tries to iron out the larger differences. In ordinary life, it is an established fact that men wants to be respected and women wish to know whether they are being truly loved by men. A successful couple is one who is able to achieve this and in such cases no doubt, good communication will be the end result. Thus, John Grays assertion that men and women are from different planets in terms of communications is really a convincing one. Thus, communication between men and women are pursued finished two languages. The male language is used as a general warning that he is in a countermine or on his path to the hollow. Gray here uses cave to descri be the ways and means men use to iron out their differences or to accost with an issue. When men face some problem, they wish to be alone or in his cave in complete solitude. Gray, 1993, p. 22. However, the reaction of a women will be completely different if they face with issues and when communicating with their spouse. As per Gray, women employ metaphors, superlative and poetic licenses to express their feelings. Moreover, on that point are chances that men may misunderstood this poetic licenses expressed by women. Gray. 1993, p. 17. It is the exact scenario where men and women ignore to appreciate the exact significances of the each other expressions and due to this, Gray has introduced Venusians / Martian vocabulary in his support. This dictionary could be much help to iron out these misunderstandings in associations and relationships. According to Gray, men and women communicate in different languages and hold opposing views. Many third estate people are of the view that Gr ays metaphor is having more relevance and match their very own experiences on the subject. According to Gray, women study to exculpate knowledge of men before fostering a successful companionship. Gray, 1993. p. 21. Likewise, when men are disturbed or strained, they automatically keep silent and return to their cave to sort the things out. Gray, 1993, p. 21. Women at this juncture understood that his spouse wants to be alone to sort out things by himself without her interruption.Further, Gray is of the view that there is a guide for men to know that women like to share and communicate things through in a more non-solution and in a complex way. Gray, 1993, p. 35. There is a complete need on the part of men to aware that women also long that their feelings and emotions are to be honored when they are upset, depressed and troubled and it is duty of the men to make her more comfort and to assuage her feelings in such scenarios. Gray, 1993, p. 35. As Gray details it, his book is for t he people who wish to have an appreciative quality of gender associated with their counseling.Grays objective is to assist women to appreciate men and to take the ignominy out by counseling and by assisting men to have a more constructive approach to therapy as even healthy relationships need a counselor. Gray longs to be a worldwide translator between Venusians and Martians. He has not indulged in the argument that one is superior to the other but stresses that they are dissimilar. Thus, Gray summarizes his views It is time to appreciate and authenticate gender variances. Do not try to change the attitude of ones partner.Men have to seize the situation and understand and women should acknowledge and appreciate the things which men does and if he feel appreciated, he will no doubt listen. Gray is of the view that even though the customary function of contributor and nurturer may be often changing, women and men still have fundamental hormonal variances. However, due to rapid trans formation, women have crossed over in the mans world and hence the two worlds have come together now. If one has great appreciation of how these people in different world imagine and act, one will have a real harmony but not a friction.According to Gray, men and women have varied and complimentary emotional requirements. One can particularise a mans sense of self through his capability to get results while a females sense of self is explained through her feelings and eminence of her relationships. Hence, women expect that her feeling shall have to be respected and honored while men demand that his feelings have to be appreciated and respected. Gray is of the flavour that rubber band theory well explains the metaphor of male intimacy cycle. As men experience the need for autonomy or independence, they draw outside(a) as rubber bond do when it is stretched to the limit. Men will pull back with power and spirit as rubber band do if they are given opportunity to move back to their posi tions or caves. If women demand that men should be intimate and close all of the time, they will become flaccid and limp, by losing their power and strength. Gray, 1993, p. 35. Gray book emphasizes diverse of theory. Gray could not able to offer no more plausible explanation other than his planet metaphor on men and women relationships.Gray tries to illustrate the basic differences that exist in men and women characteristics. Gray has cited examples like men disgust to demand for directions as it would perplex them down while women not at all prefer it. Men longs to talk in public as an exposure of their sound knowledge ashes mum at home whereas women tries to express their feelings in home rather than in public places as their main objective of their intimacy. CONCLUSION The reader of the book will understand that men and women communicate in different languages and hold opposing views.Readers will appreciate that Grays metaphor is having more relevance and match their very own e xperiences on the subject. No doubt, communication plays very significant role in men and women relationship. If one tries to honor and respect the feelings of spouse, there will not any marital issues at all. I would recommend that all who in the phase of establishing relationship and those are already tied their marital knots should read the book to lead a pleasant, happy married life. The readers of the book will understand that It is time to appreciate and authenticate gender variances.Do not try to change the attitude of ones partner. Men have to seize the situation and understand and women should acknowledge and appreciate the things which men does and if he feel appreciated, he will no doubt listen. Gray is of the view that difference between men and women are consistent and are of more biological and natural. Thus, Gray book seems to emphasize and respect the male and female differences.REFERENCESGray, John. 1993. Training the trainer on training outcomes

reproduction the flight simulator on cultivation outcomes1.1 OverviewOrganizations be defined as people clobbering together in coordinate to achieve common land purpose. They along with working together atomic number 18 also collectively responsible for resolutions. For this reason, the study of human interaction is emphasized. This contains the communication developing finished which right focussing were set hence accomplishing the make-upal objectives and goals. The more these goals are clear the better were the fancying by the employees Grtton, Hiley, Stiles Truss (1999). still matchless should remember that the organization comprises of people with different cultures and value diversities. For any HR manager, the main target is to merge all the cultures simultaneously and carefully so that no employee feels left out. The heathen diversity increases the work of HR as the management has to revise their policies in commit to develop and formulate shapes and regu lations which are free of any racial or gender discrimination. Religion, race, sect, sex, ethnic belongings are such critical factors which need to be focuse upon in order to bring the harmony in organizational structure and employees (Delaney, 1996).The importance of HRM is not precisely evident with the HRM plan formulation and its coherence with the organizational goals but the HRM policies also form a major tidy sum of the entire human resource management concept. HR policies are required in an organization as the employees are from diverse backgrounds which require limitations in order to harmonize the workplace culture and situation. For this reason, e genuinely organization requires a strategy for developing, enforcing and communicating the HRM practices and policies that reflect the acceptable standard behavior (Garavan, Costine Heraty, 1995).1.2 Problem SttmntTo study the organizational practice of knowledge the trainer and its effect on genteelness outcome.1.3 Resear ch HypothesesH1 There is no kinship amongst instruction eon to trainer on the commerce feat of the employees.H2 There is no relationship between formulation duration to trainer on employee train of expiation with the breeding plan.H3 There is no significant difference between shells of educate given to the trainer with the logical argument performance of the employee.H4 There is no significant difference between the types of reproduction given to trainer with the direct of gaiety of the employee with the educational activity program.1.4 Outline of the StudyTh scop of rsrch is rltd to the effect of development the trainer on training outcomes. The training of the trainer approach path has make a promising method to train and develop the trainers and by that training the employee in the organization. When trainers themselves receive training it is usually aimed at familiarizing them with the specifics of a parvenue or revised module or program. The approach appea rs to be use full in developing the different skills of the employee and improving their job performance and productiveness as well. The question here is that what should be the intensity of the training the trainer and the types of training given to them such as on the job off the of the training and by that the training given to the employees what will be the level satisfaction of the employees with the training program and improvement in the job performance. The trainer can use the shared causes to stimulate positive images of the new model and its emf effectiveness.CHAPTER 2LITERATURE REVIEWHuman capital is progressively being seen as an issue of strategic significance in the industry today. It is this flavour of arguing that provides to the highest degree decisive elements of line of products advantage for a order by way of market responsiveness, process and technology innovation or enhancing customer experience (Ahmad, Schroeder, 2003).In this modernized world where globalization is fast crating an effect, the workplace realities of the ancient organizations no longer exists. It has become past and needs to be revised very carefully before any aspect of it can be implemented nowadays. It has become increasingly authorised for the organizations to introduce new methods and meet the new training needs of the employees. The reality of workplace, the changing work environment has increased the end for the managers to reconsider the methodologies of developing durable and strong relationship between the employees and organization that eventually leads to the achievement of the organizations goals and objectives Lado, (1994). A thorough and complete understanding of the employees training need has became outstanding for the management in order to accomplish what employees expect from the organization in order to return what organization expect from them. Therefore it becomes clear from the researches that a ingenious work-force is an instrument o f succeeder for full filling the needs of a quick changing work environment for both, the employees and the organization. It also becomes clear that a well- Trained work force were eventually lead to the organization achieving its goals and objectives in a better an high-octane manner. To serve this purpose ob installing a strong bond between the management and workforce, the role of the top management is very crucial in this respect. Human capital is capable of playing a pivotal role compared to financial capital, in the effectiveness of the organization. In modern times people are believed to me a source of competitive advantage and carry more importance in leading a company towards success, rather than finance (Bordia, Hobman, Jones, Elizabeth Callan, 2004).A business employs factors of production to carry out its business activity. It is very meaning(a) for a business to be sure that all its resources are allocated efficiently in order to be profitable. The most important, vital and significant resource of a company is the people it employs. Due to increasing globalization and competition, the productivity of labour has become increasingly important for the companies in determining its efficiency. Businesses, like those in service sector, whose staff serve directly with its consumers need to be very conscious about the training level of their employees. Training has become important for the business to gain competitive edge by attracting the best recruits. They must be aware that to win completion, it is important for them to attract and retain the best labour possible (Desveaux, 1994).A milestone in a success of an organization is fulfilling the continually changing needs of employees and the organization. A heavy responsibility rests on the shoulder of the management to develop durable and strong relationships between them. Companies expect workers to follow the rules according to the terms and conditions set for them. Employees in return expect fir pay, good working conditions, secure career, fair treatment, involvement in decisions and power. These arithmetic means of both groups vary from company to company. For any business to deal with these expectations successfully a complete understanding of the employee training becomes necessary (Glick, Huber, Miller, Doty Sutcliffe, 1990).It is usually that it is the organization and not managers that fail to hold managers responsible for creating training among the people. They fail to understand the role of training and its connection to job performance. One of the biggest challenges for Human Resource is to persuade line managers to develop and manage people. These line managers should be able to build string and personal relationship with the employees through effective communication. There is a need for the line mangers to understand the nature of the employee and his subordinates and should be able to deal with the problems of workers effectively. A thorough understanding of the needs of the subordinates were eventually let the managers know what the employee aims for and what are their goals and objectives Goodman, Rousseau Church (2004). They can then decide how to develop and implement strategies that were achieve the objectives of the company while letting the employees achieve their personal goals. Staff that is un instruct were reluctant to do their jobs quickly and efficiently and were only provide the minimal of what is required of them from the organization. It is important to know how well trained staff were alter the levels of productivity and performance at heart a company, thus affecting the competitiveness of the business. A well Trained staff is not only able to increase productivity and performance but is also prepared to accept responsibility, willingly and happily. There is low weary turnover which reduces the business cost of hiring and training new labor. With a highly motivate staff, a business also benefits from low absentee ism rate and employees participate on making suggestions for improvements (Hui Lee, 2000).Herzberg identified cinque main factors that resulted in job satisfaction. These factors can easily be identified in an organization and can be used for evaluation. The five main factors include achievement, recognition for achievement, responsibility, nature of work itself and advancement. These are the factors which can easily be identified if they exist in an organization. Similarly Herzberg gave five main factors that resulted in job dissatisfaction. These are termed as companys administration and policy, salary, supervision working conditions and relationships. This factor can easily be searched for in an organization to mould the make of training.Improving the work performance has always been and were continue to be the major concern of all businesses Jimmieson Terry (1999). It is the performance of work that creates satisfied managers and/or dissatisfied managers. The work performan ce has always been an important issue for the businesses as their success and failure depends upon the performance displays by their workforce. A manager when pays the employee, expects to return the value of what is paid to him. In case of failure to do so, many workplace issues are created that managers then need to deal with. It is not always possible for managers to reward the accurately the input employee has put into work. This is because there exist no method to measure the input against the output which the employee receives or perceives. Failure to come up to the expectation results in detraining. Is also seen, as described by the expectancy theory that workers expect according to what they see around. Now it becomes difficult for managers to know how they perceive their work output and it is compared to whose job (Klein, 1996).The performance at work is not only dependent upon the skills and abilities the worker possesses but there are many factors that exist which cre ates and depart from an impact upon the performance of the employee. A well-Trained employee results in well performed job and an restless employee who is untrained towards his job naturally results in a poor job performance. But the question what motivates man to perform better has many answers. There are many training factors as discussed above that leaves an impact upon the training of the employees (Liden Graen, 1980).Training and development is always been an issue for the organizations and there HRD According to Mintzberg, Henry Westley Frances (1992) HRD as a profession is deeply concerned about issues of individual and organizational learning, change and success , and how, through its professional roles and activities, it Can benefit people and organizations as they pursue various goals and interests. According to Jick (1993) Training and development of employees is viewed as an important factor in Ensuring that employers Have a capable, skilled and knowledgeable workfor ce. As Miller, Johnson Grau (1994) reported that From the company perspective Training and development of the company Employees are essential for organizational feat and organizational advisement. To have positive results training must tie closely to appropriate effective training method and training delivery mechanism (Goodman, Rousseau Church, 2004).The graduation exercise training decision that a company has to make is not necessarily concerned with whom to train. Instead, the company needs to start by considering whether to buy the new skills they require in the labor market by hiring properly skilled labor, or whether it is preferable to acquire the new skills by Training the companys present staff. If the company decides to endow in its current personnel, then it is faced with a multitude of highly interrelated questions Who are to be trained (Glick, Huber, Miller, Doty Sutcliffe, 1990).The training of the trainer approach has become a promising method to train and devel op the trainers and by that training the employee in the organization. When trainers themselves receive training it is usually aimed at familiarizing them with the specifics of a new or revised module or program. The approach appears to be use full in developing the different skills of the employee and improving their job performance and productivity as well. The question here is that what should be the intensity of the training the trainer and the types of training given to them such as on the job off the of the training and by that the training given to the employees what were the level satisfaction of the employees with the training program and improvement in the job performance. The trainer can use the shared experiences to create positive images of the new model and its potential effectiveness. But Despite heavy investment in the training program , organizations can frequently fail to mensurate the success of their training program Therefore, it is important for organizations to incorporate into their training programs strategies to improve the transfer of training (Desveaux, 1994).As Bordia, Hobman, Jones, Elizabeth Callan (2004) reported after the training investment has been made, logically the focus turns to the effects of the training. Few attempts have been made in connection with organizing measurements to determine the level of training effectiveness involving trained individuals. The lack of reliable, valid measurements of Learning, reply (satisfaction with training) and training impact at work may be one of the factors that have been hindering research progress in the training evaluation region (Lado, 1994).HRM is itself involved in the measurement of the employee efficiency but the process of HRM itself needs to be assessed and monitored in order to leave no room for loopholes. Measuring HR performance were include every aspect like HR departments, HR functions and HR operations. In HRM monitoring in order to check its effectiveness, every aspect pertaining to HRM were taken under consideration. However it is not very easy to assess and quantify the effectiveness of HRM as there are no strict parameters and metrics that are used as base for evaluation. In comparison to this, financial assessment is easy as there are metrics and parameters in terms of budget etc. So overall, HRM effectiveness is the hardest aspect of organizational assessment (Ahmad Schroeder, 2003).CHAPTER 3RESEARCH METHOD3.1 Method of Data collectionPersonal visual modality method was used to collect the data. The researcher was personally visit different organizations belonging to different sectors and though a questionnaire primary data was collected from H.R managers and employees .3.2 model Size and Sampling TechniqueA sample size of 220 respondents was used for carrying out the research and the technique used for sampling is convenience based sampling.3.3 instrument of Data CollectionIn this research, Questionnaire was used as an instrumen t of data collection and the instrument is in the form of closed ended questionnaire was filled by the H.R managers and employee who receive training. The source of questionnaire was measured by using likert scale.3.4 Statistical beakIn this research ANOVA and Correlation was used for the analysis of the results.3.4.1 Reliability seekThe instrument was pre-tested where 4 to 5 sample questionnaire were filled to the different respondents just to identify whether it was easy to understand. Through pretesting it was found that all respondents felt comfortable in responding and found the instrument interesting as well.Reliability analysis allows studying the properties of scales of measurement and the things that build them up. Correlation is significant at the 0.01 level (2-ta iled). The coefficient of correlation can vary from positive one (indicating a perfect positive relationship), through zero (indicating the absence of a relationship), to negative one (indicating a perfect negative relationship). As a rule of thumb, correlation coefficients between .00 and .30 are considered weak, those between .30 and .70 are moderate and coefficients between .70 and 1.00 are considered high. However, this rule should be always qualified by the circumstances. From table 4.1 the coefficient of correlation between Length of Training and Employee Satisfaction is -0.103 which shows the perfect negative relation between Training duration and Employee Satisfaction. The coefficient of correlation between Length of Training and Job Performance is 0.039 which shows the weak relation between Training duration and Job Performance and it concludes that training duration does not made positive impact on Employee Satisfaction and Job Performance. The significant value of Pearson c orrelation between Length of Training and Employee Satisfaction is greater than 0.05 i.e. 0.666, and the significant value of Pearson correlation between Length of Training and Job Performance is also greater than 0.05 i.e. 0.870, so P-value 0.05 Accept Ho. The mean difference between type of training I and type of training J in both cases Job performance and Employee satisfaction are very low, it satisfies that the means of type of training I and type of training J in both cases are equal or all means are near to equal. The right mos t column shows the confidence interval, the maximum value of upper bound at 95% CI is 0.7509 and all the significant values are greater than 0.7509 i.e. 1.000. It concludes that the statements there is no significant difference between types of training given to the trainer with the job performance of the employee and with the level of satisfaction of the employee with the training program, satisfies. It helps in developing new workforce and motivates employees. The biggest challenge for Human Resource is to persuade line managers to develop and manage people. These line managers should be able to build string and personal relationship with the employees through effective communication. There is a need for the line mangers to understand the nature of the employee and his subordinates and should be able to deal with the problems of workers effectively. The performance at work is not only dependent upon the skills and abilities the worker possesses but there are many factors that exist which creates and leave an impact upon the performance of the employee. A well-Trained employee results in well performed job and an unsatisfied employee who is untrained towards his job naturally resu lts in a poor job performance. But the question what motivates man to perform better has many answers. The first training decision that a company has to make is not necessarily concerned with whom to train. Instead, the company needs to start by considering whether to buy the new skills they require in the labor market by hiring properly skilled labor, or whether it is preferable to acquire the new skills by Training the companys present staff. The training of the trainer approach has become a promising method to train and develop the trainers and by that training the employee in the organization. When trainers themselves receive training it is usually aimed at familiarizing them with the specifics of a new or revised module or program. The approach appears to be use full in developing the different skills of the employee and improving their job performance and productivity as well. The question here is that what should be the intensity of the training the trainer and the types of t raining. What were the level satisfaction of the employees with the training program and improvement in the job performance? The trainer can use the shared experiences to create positive images of the new model and its potential effectiveness.5.2 Recommendations and implicationsTraining is a very important tool for any organization. The company while letting the employees achieves their personal goals. Staff that is untrained was reluctant to do their jobs quickly and efficiently and were only providing the minimal of what is required of them from the organization. It is important to know how well trained staff was altering the levels of productivity and performance within a company, thus affecting the competitiveness of the business. A well trained staff is not only able to increase productivity and performance but is also prepared to accept responsibility, willingly and happily. Companies should provide adequate trainings to their trainers and defy a high level of standards to im prove their training skills from which their end customer the employee can benefit from it5.3 Future ResearchFuture research can be done on the trainers motivations that how trainer feels motivated after given the training to the employee. As the trainer is motivated then it will be more beneficial for the organization because it gives his best to the employee and in the long run employees become more efficient in their work.5.4 ConclusionThe main purpose of this study was to highlight effects of training the trainer on training outcomes. Training duration to training to the trainer has a no effect on the job performance of the employee and the level of satisfaction of the employees with the training program. It was also seen that there is no relation between the type of training given to the trainer with the level of satisfaction of employee with the training program and job performance. It was observed that there was a bias in the respondents responses. Responses of majority empl oyee of non trained trainer were same as the employee with trained ones. This can be the result of less secure job and unemployment status in Pakistan. In an economy which is going though an economic turmoil as majority of organization expression to cut down cost training is the first thing they abundant. This can be one reason why there is no co-relation between trainings the trainer and performances of the employees.
